A practical breathwork and self-awareness session designed for busy adults. Learn how to quiet a scattered mind, protect your attention and build inner confidence - with techniques drawn from thousands of years of tradition, delivered for the way we live today.

Sessions are warm, practical and genuinely fun. Expect self-awareness exercises, activities to quiet the busy mind, and a deep breathwork reset to close.

Book in for one session or come regularly - each session stands alone.
