WHODUNIT @ The Place

A private murder mystery experience for 8 - 20 guests. Part murder mystery. Part escape room. Part social deduction game.
Everyone becomes a character. Everyone has a motive. And somewhere in the room, someone is lying.

Whodunit @ The Place is an original, interactive mystery played live by your group and hosted by experienced facilitator and performer Nick, who has been running murder-mystery events for more than a decade. Before the night, every guest is assigned a character and sent a private briefing. Once you arrive, the story begins: secrets surface, evidence is uncovered and everyone has something to explain.

Over the course of the experience, you will:
- question the other characters and defend yourself
- receive private information as the story unfolds
- solve physical puzzles containing real clues
- accuse, argue and vote as a group
- make your final decision before the truth is revealed
But the killer isn’t automatically caught. If they convince enough of the room, they win.
No acting experience is required. You can lean into your character as much - or as little - as you like. Dressing in character is encouraged, but entirely optional. Every booking is private to your group.

THE VANISHING POINT
An anonymous artist. A record-breaking sale. A gallery full of people with something to hide.
Tonight, the true identity of Ghost - an elusive street artist whose work has just sold for record prices - is finally going to be revealed. Before the announcement can be made, the evening takes a darker turn. Behind the artwork, reputations and private deals, everyone has a motive. The clues are already in the room. You just have to work out who is lying.

THE DETAILS
Group size: 8-20 guests.
Duration: A private two-hour booking; the experience runs approximately 90-120 minutes.
Price: $600 for 8 guests, $50 for each additional guest up to 20 pax.
Location: The Place, 12 Victoria Street, Lewisham, 2049 (street parking available + moments from Lewisham train station).
Food and drinks: Light nibbles provided. BYO beer and wine; fridge available on site.
